Property Condition Assessment Field Professional Subconsultant

Requirements

• Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments
• Experience using Quire
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required
• Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required
• Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required
• Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required
