Requirements
- Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments
- Experience using Quire
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required
- Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required
- Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required
- Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required
