Property Claims Representative II (Inside)
About the role
Great People. Meaningful Work. You can learn a lot about a company by how people treat one another. Indiana Farmers Insurance is a mutual insurance company with a long history of serving members, working with independent agency partners, and supporting our communities. Our ICARE values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Empowerment guide how we work every day. You will join knowledgeable, caring colleagues who share ideas, solve problems together, take responsibility for results, and help one another succeed. Come build your career in a culture that cares about the work we accomplish, the people we serve, and how we treat each other along the way.
When a member experiences a loss, the quality of the claims response matters. As an Inside Property Claims Representative II, you will investigate and resolve moderately complex to complex personal, commercial, and farm property claims while helping members understand what to expect and what comes next. Your work will combine sound coverage decisions, accurate evaluation, practical problem-solving, and a caring member experience.
