About the role

We provide the classroom, the experts, and the paycheck while you learn. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of the insurance industry, ensuring you transition into a Licensed P&C Insurance Expert in no time.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
• Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
• Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Background in customer service.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take the state exam in the greater Pensacola area.

Pay

$18.00/hr up to 64 hours during training, then $22.50/hr upon licensing.

Schedule

Remote flexibility with a full 8-week training schedule starting September 14th and 28th.

Internet Service Requirements

• Wired internet service (Cable, Fiber-optic, DSL, Ethernet).
• No wireless connections (Wi-Fi, cellular hotspots).

Equipment Requirement

• The Qualfon computer must be directly connected to the home router/modem using an Ethernet cable.
• No wireless connections allowed.
