About the role

We provide the classroom, the experts, and the paycheck while you learn. We’ll teach you the ins and outs of the insurance industry, ensuring you transition into a Licensed P&C Insurance Expert in no time.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
  • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
  • Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
  • Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

  • Background in customer service.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Growth-minded career path.
  • Detail-oriented approach to accuracy.
  • Great communicator with ability to explain complex insurance jargon.
  • Reliable with ability to pass a background check and commit to the full 8-week training schedule.

Qualifications

You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Jacksonville area.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $18.00/hr during training, $22.50/hr after licensing.

Internet Service Requirements

  • Wired internet service (Cable, Fiber-optic, DSL, Fixed wireless).
  • Direct Ethernet Connection Requirement.
  • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire.
