Property & Casualty Insurance Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Makes sure clients follow rules about their insurance policies.
• Keeps copies of insurance papers in a special computer system.
• Talks to people inside and outside the company about insurance questions.
• Works with bosses to ask for special permission if needed.
• Determines if new clients need to give us special insurance papers based on what they do for a living.
• Helps check how much insurance companies should pay for injuries at work.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or similar education is needed.
• At least five years of work in insurance agencies or insurance companies is helpful.
• A property and casualty insurance license is helpful but not always needed.
