Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager

About the role

Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clients. Consult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs. Analyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage options. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Serve as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson.

Requirements

• Experience in personal insurance or similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Integrity-driven: We prioritize doing what’s right for the client
• Organized and consistent follow-up habits
• Ability to manage renewals, closings, and client life events with professionalism
• Property and Casualty License (Required)
• Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC 27609 (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Raleigh, NC 27609 before starting work (Required)

Pay

Base salary: $51,000–$75,000 per year

Additional bonus/incentive: $6,000–$18,000 (Year 1)
