What We Are Seeking

• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
• Generate claims reports.
• Experience with an agency management system highly desired. Current high demand for Epic experience.

Requirements

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• Current high demand for 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment.
