Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a small crew during installation and maintenance of client properties.
- Aid in the hands-on installation of plant material, containers, soil amendments, and décor.
- Train and guide crew members on tasks, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Maintain productivity and adherence to schedule while fostering a positive team environment.
- Perform routine maintenance duties, including watering, deadheading, pruning, and fertilizing to OEG standards.
- Communicate plant health issues, supply shortages, or site concerns promptly to the Client Representative.
- Load and transport tools, materials, and plant material between the branch and job sites as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to OEG standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma (a degree in horticulture is recommended).
- Relevant certificate may be required.
- Minimum of 2+ years working experience.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping.
- On-the-job training as a landscape crew member.
- Experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions.

Position Range: $22.00 - $28.00
