About the role

The Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team oversees asset management across multiple off-site locations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventories of all assets at off-site locations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce accountability controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Cook with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
• Support audit activities and prepare documentation for compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed to support sites and activities at the sites.

Qualifications

• Skilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions.
• Excellent communicator, and attention to details.
• Have a Certification from National Property Management Association.
• Experienced in use of new 1LMX system.
