Responsibilities
- Prioritize policyholder needs during the claims process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier clients.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all parties involved.
- Manage workload effectively and exercise sound judgment.
- Show proficiency in Xactimate software for estimating residential and commercial damage.
- Pass necessary background checks and obtain required licenses.
- Access and utilize equipment necessary for roof inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
- Desired carrier experience.
- Likely liability experience.
- Current, active Xactimate license.
- Ability to write damage estimates in both residential and commercial contexts.
- Pass relevant background screenings.
- Hold current, active licenses as required by law.
- Access to equipment for roof inspections.
