About us
We are a construction and real estate company seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Accounting Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations including draw schedules, loan requisitions, and funding coordination with lenders and investors.
- Ensure effective cash flow management and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and profitability.
- Develop and oversee the company’s budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Manage capital allocation to ensure the company’s financial resources are optimally deployed.
- Utilize financial software systems such as Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all audit requirements and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with draw schedules, loan requisitions, and funding coordination with lenders and investors.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Extensive experience with financial software systems such as Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions that contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.

Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 per year.
