About the role
Property Accountant is responsible for managing financial records related to properties.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for properties.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Handle property tax payments and insurance claims.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
