Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial properties and ensure accurate financial records are maintained.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules as part of the month end close process.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
- Process tenant related transactions, including billings, cash receipts, and account adjustments.
- Prepare financial reports, budget support schedules, variance analyses, and other property level reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property accounting with responsibility for full cycle accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accrual based financial reporting.
- Prior experience preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Proficiency with MRI accounting software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Pay
Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
