Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property access systems and gate activity
- Verify guest authorizations and property access permissions
- Afford assistance with processing guest entries and resident access requests
- Ensure all access procedures follow Association policies and security protocols
- Provide professional assistance to residents, guests, and vendors
- Respond to phone calls, messages, and access inquiries
- Communicate clearly and courteously with gate staff and residents
- Work with Welcome Hosts to confirm guest information
- Afford assistance with resolving entry issues or access discrepancies
- Afford accurate guest verification before granting property access
- Use property access software and monitoring systems
- Enter and update guest or resident access information
- Report system issues or irregularities to the manager
- Follow established standard operating procedures
- Document incidents, unusual activity, or access issues
- Support smooth handoff between shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer and phone proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling access concerns or resident requests
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, overnight hours, and holidays
