Prop/wardrobe stylist

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Wardrobe / Prop Stylist to support a global brand shoot in NYC. Shoot dates are in October (exact dates to be confirmed), and the location is New York City. Candidates must be based in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the creative direction and develop wardrobe / prop looks
• Source, pull, and coordinate wardrobe and props
• Work closely with the creative, production, and photography teams
• Manage fittings, styling, and on-set changes
• Ensure all wardrobe and props are shoot-ready and on brief
• Coordinate returns, credits, and post-shoot wrap
• Maintain clear tracking of sourced items and associated costs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong visual eye, be organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial production environment.
