About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Credit Promoter with a passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for offering and placing financial credit products within Bodega Aurrera. The ideal candidate is articulate, service-oriented, and goal-focused, capable of building trust with clients, clearly explaining credit benefits, and delivering a positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Promote and offer credit products to customers within Bodega Aurrera, providing clear and reliable information.
• Advise clients throughout the credit application process, addressing questions and building confidence.
• Validate required documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Follow up on applications to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
• Meet placement targets through collaborative work while maintaining a professional and service-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales floors, customer service modules, or credit placement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals.
• Goal-oriented and teamwork-driven.
• Proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.
• High school diploma completed (required).
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a fixed day off on Thursdays.

• Monthly base salary of $9,582.47.
• Attractive monthly performance bonuses (up to $16,000).
