You’ll engage with guests, execute exciting events and promotions, and ensure unforgettable experiences. Your role will blend lively interaction on the casino floor with focused office tasks. Responsibilities

  • Complete logs and other required paperwork.
  • Stay informed about events and activities within the Erie community and on property to provide accurate guest information.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all property amenities to actively market them to guests.
  • Implement promotions and events in accordance with promotional rules and guidelines.
  • Perform casino announcements in a clear, concise, and upbeat manner.
  • Maintain an engaging personality, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Assist Casino Hosts in servicing guests through issuing comps, player cards, and general account servicing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
  • Basic math skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Microsoft Office experience required.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Frequently required to walk, stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to climb stairs and sit.
  • Frequently required to talk and hear.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.
  • Exposure to smoke when on the casino floor and in the Cage.
  • Exposure to all types of weather conditions.
