Promotional Specialist - Bacardi - Bakersfield, CA

What You Will Do

• Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train, and report results.
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, or additional collateral and products provided.
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client membership.
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets.

• Previous experience working in marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador, or Promo Model preferred.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $40 per hour. Rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.
