Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage support requests related to current/future Accounting platforms, ensuring timely issue resolutions and process efficiencies.
• Manage, track, and test bug tickets, verify production releases, manage portal access requests, and troubleshoot technical issues with end users for Invoice & Samples Portals, plus future Accounting or digital platforms.
• Maintain organized records of support requests, bug reports, and testing results.
• Provide and/or manage general end user support via email and/or Teams meetings.
• Provide support and/or conduct trainings and/or develop materials (SOPs) for Accounting platform end users.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years coordinating projects.
• Minimum 1 year in Accounting.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and move quickly between tasks.
• Ability to think outside the box and recognize discrepancies, not just follow process steps.

Pay

Estimated hourly pay range: $26 - $30 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
