Promo Team Member

About the Role

To assist the stage manager with all things happening in the arena related to promotions. You are the driving force behind the fun at every game, helping organize and craft one of the best in-game experiences in the ECHL.

Responsibilities

• Assist the stage manager with setting up the promotions for the night, including concourse set-up, intermission activities, in-game sponsorship fulfillment, and promotional items.
• Act as a secondary mascot when called upon.
• Find contestants for in-game contests.
• Assist with the execution of pre-game and in-game elements and intermission activities.
• Assist with tear-down or turnover preparation for the next game.
• Adhere to all arena policies and procedures, as well as other duties assigned by management.
• Keep the promo closet containing giveaways, costumes, and promotion materials inventoried and organized.
• Demonstrate a strong "buy-in" to everything we do, treating it with sincerity while providing constructive feedback to your supervisor when improvements are needed.

Requirements

• Expected to work all 36 home games, or as many as possible.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable in front of and around crowds of people.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Must be local to the area.

Pay

$70 per game.
