Profile / Mission

Within the scope of building construction projects, we are seeking a Project Engineer in Structural BIM capable of participating in the design and modeling of structures in collaboration with structural engineers, architects, and technical consulting firms. You will be involved in the production of structural studies, the creation of BIM digital models, and the development of execution plans while ensuring the quality of the deliverables.

• Evaluation and Design
• Create structural plans (slab formwork, reinforcement, construction details)
• Carry out studies at various project stages: APS (Summary Preliminary Design), APD (Detailed Preliminary Design), PRO (Project), DCE (Consultation of Contractors), EXE (Execution Studies)
• Generate graphic pieces based on the notes provided by the structural engineers
• Optimize technical solutions to ensure feasibility and performance of the structures
• Adapt plans according to project evolutions
• BIM Modeling
• Create BIM structural models using software such as Revit Structure and Tekla Structures
• Promote model coherence with other disciplines
• Attend BIM synthesis meetings and coordinate technical issues among different stakeholders
• Update models throughout the project lifecycle
• Production and Quality
• Verify compliance of plans and models with current codes (Eurocodes, DTU, applicable regulations)
• Ensure the quality of the produced documents
• Maintain document traceability of modifications
• Meet deadlines, adhere to quality procedures, and follow internal production standards
• Coordination
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers
• Communicate with architects, technical consulting firms, and construction teams
• Incorporate site constraints into the study
• Anticipate technical interfaces between different lots

Skills Required or to Acquire

• Technical Skills
• Very good mastery of reinforced concrete, metal, and wood structural design
• Proficiency in BIM software: Revit Structure, Tekla Structures
• Good AutoCAD skills
• Understanding of structural notes and calculations
• Creation of slab formwork, reinforcement, and construction details
• Knowledge of design phases: APS, APD, PRO, DCE, EXE
• Knowledge of construction codes: Eurocodes, DTU, technical drawing rules
• Understanding of site constraints
• Master of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination
