Projektový manažer - Medior, full time/part time

About the role

In Advantiq, we help companies grow – we launch new projects, rescue those already in motion, and bring in fresh ideas and discipline. As we take on more projects, we're looking for another driver to join our team.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish
• Communicate with clients, partners, and the team
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and priorities
• Propose practical, workable solutions
• Collaborate across different fields – from creative agencies to construction firms to law offices

Who you are

• You enjoy running projects and seeing them through to completion
• You write and speak Czech at a level that gives people confidence
• You're familiar with Trello, Gantt, Scrum, or Kanban – we're happy to teach you more
• You think in context and appreciate when things have order

Form of cooperation

External cooperation on a trade license (IČO), with the possibility of part-time or DPČ (agreement on working activity). Flexibility and independence are essential.

Pay

• 40,000 CZK + project bonus (6 hours/day)
• 26,000 CZK + project bonus (4 hours/day)
