Projekt manager

About the role

Join us in managing projects from contracts and budget control to team coordination and execution, both within the company and at client sites. We are expanding our team and looking for a project manager who can keep projects on track, coordinate teams, and act as a partner for investors and designers. We seek someone who enjoys order in projects, thinks in context, and wants to be part of high-quality architecture.

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects for civic amenities, industry, and infrastructure
• Project management from initial assignment to realization
• Coordination of professions and project teams
• Communication with investors, authorities, suppliers, and external partners
• Planning schedules, monitoring deadlines, and controlling budgets
• Supervision of project progress and finding efficient solutions

Requirements

• University degree in project management, architecture, or civil engineering
• Experience in project management, ideally in construction or architecture
• Ability to lead a team and think in context
• Familiarity with project documentation and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
