What You'll Do
- Manage projects from kickoff through final reporting
- Ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and value-driven results
- Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
- Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
- Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
- Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
- Creating client-facing reports and documentation
- Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
- Supporting shipping, receiving, and facility operations
- Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
- Working safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation
Qualifications
- Preferred: Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree
- Technical or laboratory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
