Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor." We need to remove duplicated lines: The first paragraph repeats later "Your Story. Project Technician is responsible..." Actually the first line is similar. We'll keep only one. We need to separate sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to include only those with real content. We have schedule: "1st shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm". That's schedule. We have benefits: "Comprehensive medical including Fertility, Adoption benefits, Dental, and Vision InsuranceOnsite Health & Wellness CenterEmployer 401K contribution in the top 1% of the nationTuition AssistanceAccess to Employee Store". Need to separate items. We have responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences under "What You Do." Also earlier "Responsible for continuous improvement..." etc. We have education/experience: "Your Education And Experience. Associates Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or Journeyman card3-5 years related experienceIndividuals with floor level manufacturing, design, maintenance or production experience are preferredBasic CAD & Drafting skill: Autodesk Suite preferred". That's qualifications/requirements. We have skills: maybe "Basic CAD & Drafting skill: Autodesk Suite preferred" also "technical knowledge, fabrication skill, machine design principles, advanced troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork." Also "Utilizes CAD drafting, modeling systems, and 3D printing". Could be skills. We have about the role: maybe the introductory paragraph about continuous improvement. We have "Our Story" maybe not needed as a heading; could be part of About the role or omitted. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we don't have job title. We need to not include Pay if not specified. No pay mentioned. We need to not include Schedule unless present; we have schedule. We need to not include Benefits unless present; we have benefits. We need to not include Requirements/Qualifications/Skills if no real content; we have. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines: The first two sentences appear again later; we should keep only one. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, "Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities..." and the Know Your Rights notice. Also "Our Story" maybe not needed as heading but could be part of About the role? The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. "Our Story" is about company; could be considered "About the role"? Might be better to include as part of About the role or maybe we can omit because not required heading. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit company overview if it's substantive. However we can embed it in a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company" but not allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should put company overview under About the role (or maybe under Responsibilities? No). So About the role can include description of role and company culture. Thus we will create sections:

About the role

... (intro + company culture + mission)

Responsibilities

  • ... items

Requirements

... maybe education/experience

Qualifications

... maybe preferred experience

Skills

  • ... technical skills

Benefits

  • ... benefits

Schedule

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

We must not include Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's extract substantive content. First, intro: "Responsible for continuous improvement of production processes and machinery through utilization of technical knowledge, fabrication skill, machine design principles, advanced troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork. The position will also be responsible for identifying and documenting machine operating parameters for existing machine and new machine installations." That's about role. Then schedule line: "1st shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm" Then "Your Story. Project Technician is responsible for continuous improvement..." duplicate; we can ignore duplicate. Then "Your Passion. Our Culture. At Sargento, you work for a company you believe in, with a family of people who believe in you. Our culture stems from a simple premise: Hire good people and treat them like family. At Sargento, you can make decisions based on how they affect people as well as the long-term health of our company. With diverse experiences and tools to learn and develop, you can transform your aspirations into reality. If you’re ready for the right place to belong and grow your career, you can find it here." That's company culture; can be part of About the role. Then "Benefits That Set Us Apart. Comprehensive medical including Fertility, Adoption benefits, Dental, and Vision InsuranceOnsite Health & Wellness CenterEmployer 401K contribution in the top 1% of the nationTuition AssistanceAccess to Employee Store" We need to split benefits into list items: Comprehensive medical including Fertility, Adoption benefits, Dental, and Vision Insurance; Onsite Health & Wellness Center; Employer 401K contribution in the top 1% of the nation; Tuition Assistance; Access to Employee Store. Note there is no space between "Vision InsuranceOnsite". We'll separate. Then "What You Do." list of responsibilities. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points: - Maintain and promote a safe working environment taking appropriate safety precautions and measures. - Always maintain GMP knowledge and execute GMP practices. - Strict housekeeping (including tool reconciliation) of all work areas essential throughout facility. - Assists with developing, communicating, and executing of plant-led project plans, which may include scope identification/ technical strategy, risk identification, prioritization, and contingency plans, and identifying resource needs. - Collaborates effectively with maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, government agencies, OEMs, or contracted vendors on resolving issues related to development and execution of project plans.
