Project Technician

About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking a Project Technician to maintain the cleanliness of buildings through floor care and carpet extraction. Positions are available in Bradford, PA, working 5 days a week on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $20 – $25 per hour with weekly pay provided. Company van and equipment are provided, along with training on equipment use and job duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate all floor care equipment, including walk-behind scrubbers, swing machines, and carpet extractors.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in an inspection-ready state.
• Follow work and cleaning schedules as closely as practical.
• Thoroughly clean and put away equipment after each shift.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating floor care equipment.
• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas to high standards.
