Responsibilities

• Operate medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, auto floor scrubbers, and other hands‑on tools.
• Tile and grout cleaning.
• Perform deep‑clean services.
• Strip and refinish VCT floors, removing damaged finish and reapplying new coating.
• Keep supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Commercial window cleaning.
• Post‑construction clean‑up.
• Pressure washing.

Requirements

• Current valid driver’s license.
• Positive work history demonstrating reliability.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Pay

Hourly wage starts at $19.00 and ranges up to $21.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
