Land Planner
Responsible for developing and implementing land use plans that align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. This includes site selection, environmental impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develops and implements land use plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Experience with GIS software
