Land Planner

Responsible for developing and implementing land use plans that align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. This includes site selection, environmental impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.

• Develops and implements land use plans
• Conducts environmental impact assessments
• Engages with stakeholders to gather input and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Experience with GIS software
