Project Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Cook up project timelines, schedules, milestones, and task assignments to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep track of project progress using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online.
• Watch workstream progress, spot risks and roadblocks, and address them promptly to keep the project moving forward.
• Support project leadership by providing status updates, facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and managing documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize priorities, dependencies, resources, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, or project delivery support.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint Online (SPO), and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• The ability to obtain a Public Trust (CMS T4) clearance is necessary.

Benefits

Compensation for the Project Delivery Specialist includes a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package which may include:
