Project Support III - Gas Utilities
About the role
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Project Support III to join our Gas sector. This position plays a critical role in managing document control and project support functions across multiple engineering initiatives within the gas utility sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead document control and project support activities across multiple engineering projects, ensuring alignment with oil and gas industry standards.
- Develop and maintain document control procedures, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
- Oversee project closeout documentation, including turnover packages and final deliverables to clients.
- Serve as a primary liaison between engineering, procurement, and construction teams for document and data management.
- Implement process improvements for document workflows, data tracking, and reporting accuracy.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior project support staff.
- Visit field sites occasionally based on project needs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in document control, project coordination, or procurement support within an oil and gas or engineering environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
- Expertise in engineering document control, procurement documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large volumes of project data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead document control efforts in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management platforms, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Pay Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule
Work Location: Hybrid 3-4 days per week in the Los Angeles, CA office
Visa Sponsorship
Visa Sponsorship: Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship
Physical Requirements
Ability to pass a pre-authorized physical including a drug-screening and background check
