About the Role
Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at assigned manufacturing locations in the Anna, OH area. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys problem solving, supporting team performance, and ensuring quality standards are followed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors during assigned projects
- Ensure quality standards, work instructions, and safety requirements are followed
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Communicate project updates clearly and professionally
- Assist with project setup, work instructions, and daily workflow
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and productivity
- Support issue resolution and help maintain smooth project operations
- Travel locally to manufacturing plants, warehouses, or assigned work locations as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred
- Local travel to assigned work locations may be required
