Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe workplace and administer safety policies
- Maintain quality standards above or at par
- Short-term scheduling including manpower and equipment resources
- Coordinate permit and regulatory inspections
- Control field documents including daily reports and progress photographs
- Handle materials including receiving, inventory, storage, and spare parts
- Coordinate with subcontractors as needed
- Create as-builts drawings
- Participate in post-construction reviews
- Manage small tools
- Communicate changes in project scope to the Project Manager
- Ensure a clean and orderly jobsite
Qualifications
- Experience supervising projects in water or wastewater industries
- Experience managing craft and self-performing work
- Experience with cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical equipment
- Supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- Current training as Competent Person in Trenching, Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Space, and Fall Protection
- Current OSHA 10-hour, First Aid & CPR, SWPPP Inspector, silica, Risk Management, and Accident training
- Successful completion of multi-million-dollar projects
