Project Superintendent

Core Responsibilities

• Schedule Subcontractors / Owner Vendors
• Coordinate Subcontractor Meetings
• Submit Daily Reports & Photos
• Ensure Job Site Safety & Security
• Be part of the SOLUTION and not part of the PROBLEM
• Lead by example

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and Passing MVR, Drug Screen and Background Check
• Willingness to travel frequently and work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a project superintendent in the commercial construction industry, preferably Bank / 7-11 experience; 5 to 7 years experience of combined education and work experience is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• 5 years experience reading blueprints and plans
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors, equipment & materials suppliers
• Experience creating and generating RFIs, reviewing and understanding submittals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
