Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for activities and information prior to the start of construction through project completion and post-construction follow-up on assigned projects.
- Thoroughly review construction drawings, specifications, estimates, budgets, scopes of work, contract documents, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
- Attend meetings with the Project Manager and other applicable parties, including but not limited to pre-construction, hand-off and post-construction meetings.
- Oversee the placement, maintenance, and removal of company job trailers, site signage, and temporary facilities in a timely, professional, clean, and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate project records and construction documentation, complete daily logs, and upload jobsite photos daily through Procore.
- Develop a 4-week look ahead schedule, coordinating with all necessary trade contractors and distributing to trades on a weekly basis.
- Maintain up-to-date drawings, creating necessary markups for as-built drawing requirements.
- Verify compliance with all applicable state and local building codes, safety regulations, and requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
- Oversee execution of punch lists, final inspections, as-built drawings, and project acceptance by owners and design partners.
- Support ongoing client relationships during the warranty period and assist in resolving warranty issues under the direction of the Project Manager.

- Assist the Project Manager in obtaining as-built drawings, close-out documents, and other project turnover requirements.
- Evaluate trade contractor and supplier performance and provide relevant feedback to the project and preconstruction teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, architectural technology, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety practices, and quality standards required.
- Mastery of blueprint reading and specifications (CSI MasterFormat).
- Familiarity with Procore.
- OSHA 30-Hour Local; 5+ years in Southwest Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, architectural technology, construction engineering, or a related field.
- Spanish Language Proficiency.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is a field-based role requiring work in outdoor Florida conditions and active construction environments.
- Candidates must be able to:
- Lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Work at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
- Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Safely navigate active jobsites
- See small details at close range
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as proper footwear, hard hat, safety glasses, and earplugs (if applicable), shall be always worn on construction sites unless otherwise specified.
