About the role
We are seeking a Project Superintendent to join our team in the Midwest. This role involves field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, focusing on quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to ensure adequate project resources.
- Supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Show a strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Show a strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
- Show creativity and results-oriented behavior with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.
- Ability to lift objects at least 60 lbs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
- 5+ years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
- Show ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Show a strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Show a strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
- Show creativity and results-oriented behavior with a sense of urgency.
- Show ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The schedule for this role may require some flexibility and occasional travel.
