About the role
We are seeking a Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. Based on the construction project site, you will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, focusing on quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to assure that there is always adequate project resources.
- Supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Show a strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Show a strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.
- Show a creative and results-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency.
- Be able to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.
- Be able to lift objects at least 50lbs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
- 3-15 years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience.
- Supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints.
- Show a strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
- Show a strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite.

Qualifications
- Experience with design-build construction projects.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Skills
- Construction management or engineering degree.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong safety and quality assurance practices.

Pay
The salary range for this position is approximately $85,000 - $130,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
Schedule
Hours may vary depending on project needs.
