We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $2M–$20M throughout Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and surrounding markets.

About the role

Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects valued between $2M and $20M. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, quality standards, safety compliance, and site logistics. Coordinate with project management teams, clients, architects, and trade partners to ensure successful delivery across hospitality, retail, automotive, academic, life-sciences, corporate-interiors, and related sectors. Report directly to a Senior Superintendent and support a growing pipeline of projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all field operations for ground-up and renovation projects.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations on-site.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with leadership on execution strategies and project planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record on projects valued between $2M–$20M (ground-up or renovation).
  • Strong background in hospitality, retail, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Willingness to travel throughout New England for project assignments.
  • Must reside within or be commutable to the North Shore, Southern New Hampshire, or Southern Maine.

Preferred Qualifications

  • LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification.
  • Experience on automotive dealership or hospitality/tenant-improvement projects.
  • Exposure to defense-related or highly regulated construction projects.

Pay

Competitive salary range of $125,000–$150,000+, based on experience.
