Project Specialist

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex customer issues. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze customer needs and feedback to drive product and service improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or IT support.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
