They may be subject to change at any time. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable Individuals With Disabilities To Perform The Essential Job Functions Keyword: Project Specialist We need to map to sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe combine qualifications and special skills?), Skills (maybe special skills/abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if present). The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule explicitly except "May work an alternate work schedule due to support of west coast contracts." That's schedule info. Also "Ability to travel up to 10% of the time." That's schedule/travel. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none. So we omit Benefits and Pay. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all duties, education, experience, qualifications, special skills, other qualifications, work environment, declaration maybe? Declaration is boilerplate? It says "This job description is not designed to cover..." Might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive? It's a disclaimer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Declaration might be considered legal boilerplate. Probably remove it. Work Environment maybe keep? It's about accommodations. Might be considered EEO? It's about reasonable accommodations for disabilities. That's EEO-related. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we should remove Work Environment and Declaration. Thus sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education + experience?), Qualifications (mission driven etc), Skills (special skills/abilities), Other Qualifications (maybe combine with Qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Special Skills into one Skills section? But we have headings: Qualifications, Skills. We could put mission-driven etc under Qualifications, and special skills under Skills. Other Qualifications (Mental Effort, Physical Requirements, Safety) maybe could go under Qualifications as well. But we need to avoid filler. We'll include them under Qualifications maybe. Better: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. For Requirements: education and experience. For Qualifications: mission driven, core values, computer skills, organizational, time management, research salary, independent/team, drive, travel, ethics, drug screen, background check, security clearance, driver's license, MVR, eligibility to work in US. For Skills: interpersonal, customer service, written communication, analytical, oral communication, organizational, problem-solving, equipment list. Also maybe mental effort, physical requirements, working conditions, safety could go under Qualifications or Skills? They are other qualifications. Could add a section Other Qualifications but that might be thin. Could incorporate into Qualifications. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's draft:
