About the role
Responsible for supporting administrative tasks and projects within the department.
Responsibilities
- Support project management processes and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain records of project documentation and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Project.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial.

Pay
$45,000 - $55,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
