Responsibilities

• Use handoff documents for determining project creation, WBS structure, and accurate sales order entry
• Work cross-functionally with PM, ITO, Sales, and tax team to ensure sales orders are created with correct tax
• Maintain and update project data in SAP as directed by Project and Service Managers
• Trigger revenue
• Proactively identify and resolve project defects in SAP to ensure data integrity
• Aid the PM team with invoicing, including assisting the collection team with resolution of billing disputes
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track and improve project metrics, specifically focusing on reducing unbilled and past-due receivables (cash management)
• Process ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve to support Project and Service execution teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1-3 years of related project support experience
