Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work within our Commercial studio - to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion
• Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients
• Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings
• Assist with construction administration responsibilities both in the field and in the office
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Requirements

• Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
• Proactive, positive approach to problem solving
• Internship experience is desired
• Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs
• Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
• Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential

Pay

• Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $73,000 annually - New York locations only
• Base Salary Range: $64,000 - $69,000 annually - Los Angeles locations only

Schedule

• This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
