About the role
This exciting position involves working with seasoned and respected Insurance Professionals. The team handles complex indemnity systems, manages a heavy flow of transactions, and offers sophisticated risk analysis to clients operating at the top of the construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of day-to-day service activities of the Aon service team.
- Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at executive levels within the company.
- Assess the variety of risk financing programs offered commercially and carry out coverage comparisons with brokers when necessary across all major lines of business.
- Protect current accounts and promote the sale of supplementary services and coverages across solution lines.
- Identify and develop new and penetration business opportunities across solution lines, working alongside Producers on new business opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Aon's resources and capabilities, bringing to bear the Aon network to achieve client risk objectives.
- Stay current on all relevant industry data and pro-actively introduce innovative ideas to help clients contemplate risk management with a fresh perspective.
- Hold significant sway throughout the Aon organization to coordinate resources effectively in order to address the client’s needs and resolve the client’s most challenging risk management issues.
- Prepare for DAU red sheeting sessions on accounts and prepare for both Office Pricing Council and National Pricing Council as required.
- Earn at least two Badges from the following: Articulating Value Badge, RFP Rehearsal Coach Badge, and Redsheet Facilitator Badge.
- Nominate client(s) for Client Network Cohort and participate in the upcoming cohort if selected.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of appropriate insurance experience.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the insurance brokerage sector and the demands of the assigned clients, including all key lines of business.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency and builds innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable amount of relevant experience in the industry.
- Must have the willingness to acquire an active Property and Casualty license within four months of hire (90 days).

Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $ annually. The final salary will depend on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, along with internal fairness and comparison with market information. The salary might also be altered depending on the applicant’s geographic location.
Schedule
The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days onsite per week at a local Aon office.
