Project / Senior Theatre Consultant

About the role

This role may be filled at a Project Theatre Consultant or Senior Theatre Consultant level depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated ability to operate independently.

You will serve as a Project Manager and lead design contributor on a variety of theatre planning projects, leading and supervising the documentation of everything we work on, from conceptual room diagrams to theatrical lighting infrastructure and rigging and stage machinery systems design. Your work will start in planning phases and continue through construction and opening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team coordination and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in preparing documentation and presentation materials
• Guide successful project completion

At the Senior level, this role also includes:

• Managing and leading design efforts for larger and more complex projects with increased autonomy and responsibility
• Developing new projects regularly
• Preparing proposals under Partner or Principal supervision
• Providing guidance and mentorship to staff
