Project Scheduler / Integrated Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for shipbuilding and repair projects.
• Cook up schedule activities across Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Program Management teams.
• Munch on project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis.
• Generate schedule status reports and management updates.
• Support production planning, resource forecasting, and milestone tracking.
• Participate in project and production review meetings.
• Maintain schedule baselines and document schedule changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in a shipyard production environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project/P6.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Strong understanding of shipyard production processes, work sequencing, and resource planning.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial, government, or military vessel programs.
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
