Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for T&E events, vessel operations, and maintenance activities
- Cook up with program managers, engineers, logistics, and operations personnel to define schedule requirements and dependencies
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float analysis, and resource loading
- Update schedules regularly based on project status, changes, and evolving requirements
- Support planning and execution of T&E events by aligning schedules with operational and logistics timelines
- Prepare and present schedule reports, metrics, and briefings to government and contractor leadership
- Ensure schedules comply with DoD and Navy scheduling best practices and contractual requirements
- Integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive, program-level view when required
- Maintain proper configuration control of scheduling data and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably supporting DoD or Navy programs
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
- Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) or operational environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) or similar commands
- Familiarity with surface support craft operations and maintenance scheduling
- Knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification
- Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
