Protect Lives Through Fire Sprinkler Sales
At FSS Technologies, we don’t just sell sprinkler systems — we design and deliver solutions that save lives and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. We are seeking a results-driven sales expert with experience in fire sprinkler systems, NFPA codes, and compliance requirements to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess client fire protection needs and design compliant fire sprinkler solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and professional presentations to decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and design to project close.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner closely with operations, engineering, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on NFPA codes, local regulations, and advancements in sprinkler system technology.
  • Maintain accurate activity records, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire protection, or related life safety industries (required).
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and related fire protection codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and hydraulic calculations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

What We Offer

  • Pay range for this role is On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $150,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)
  • Incentives: Performance bonuses, commission, and sales contests
