Project Remodel Specialist (Overnight)

The Project Specialist Flex role ensures Anderson Merchandisers’ standards are upheld for intricate store remodels and special projects, managing substantial store product and fixture reconfigurations and fulfilling client‑requested merchandising tasks. This is a project‑oriented flexible position reporting to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures
• Move existing sales floor fixtures (basic and complex)
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming or set‑up required)
• Perform basic modular and counter detailing
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines
• Relocate excess merchandise to locations designated by store management
• Use basic hand tools and/or cordless drill
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod or retail remodel a plus
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lb; frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lb; ability to lift up to 100 lb with assistance
• Work may involve sitting, standing, or walking; fine hand manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing; upper and lower body mobility
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends (overnights required)
