  • Collect hiring-manager feedback and help ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the process.
  • Support offer coordination, pre-employment activities, and candidate follow-up through the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain accurate applicant, requisition, interview, and hiring information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor recruiting activity and provide updates regarding candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, hiring progress, and recruiting challenges.
  • Identify potential recruiting bottlenecks and proactively adjust sourcing or outreach strategies.
  • Partner with HR and operational leadership to meet aggressive year-end staffing objectives.
  • Participate in career fairs, community recruiting events, hiring events, and other talent-attraction initiatives as needed.
  • Represent the organization professionally when communicating with candidates and community partners.
  • Follow applicable recruiting procedures, employment practices, and public-sector hiring requirements.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume, hourly, frontline, operational, or safety-sensitive employee populations.
  • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
