Key Responsibilities
- Manage project quotations from opportunity identification through proposal submission
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine project requirements
- Develop complete and accurate project quotations
- Cook up factory pricing requests and special pricing approvals
- Ensure proposals meet customer specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Maintain quote documentation, project records, and revision history
- Analyze plans, specifications, and drawings
- Verify product selections, bill of materials, and lead times
- Collaborate with manufacturers and technical resources to develop compliant solutions
- Recommend value-engineered alternatives when appropriate
- Identify specification conflicts, risks, and scope gaps
- Partner with Sales, Customer Support, and Manufacturing Partners
- Coordinate technical support and pricing activities
- Manage multiple quotation opportunities simultaneously
- Support the successful transition of awarded projects to execution teams
Qualifications
- Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in estimating, quotations, bid management, project coordination, or sales support
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Infrastructure, utility, lighting, or construction industry experience

- Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 per year
